• Additional revisions or major changes outside the agreed scope may incur extra charges

8. Project Timelines

We strive to deliver all projects within agreed timelines. However:

• Timelines may shift due to client delays, feedback cycles, or unforeseen circumstances
• We are not liable for delays caused by factors outside our control

9. Limitation of Liability

Galehen Creative will not be liable for:

• Indirect or consequential losses
• Business losses resulting from the use of our services
• Outcomes influenced by external factors (e.g., market performance, ad platform changes)

Our total liability will not exceed the amount paid for the specific service.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate a project or agreement if:

• Terms are breached
• Communication breaks down
• Payments are not fulfilled

In such cases, work completed up to that point will be billed accordingly.

We may use third-party platforms (e.g., advertising tools, hosting services).
We are not responsible for:

• Changes in their policies
• Downtime or technical issues from those platforms

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
Any disputes will be subject to the appropriate courts within Nigeria.
